What we can read from it

• Read firmware version, board serial and brightness over the classic MCU protocol
• Sample the IMU stream and its timing
• Ask for the current display mode

What we cannot, and why

• The classic protocol was measured up to the Pro (0x101D). PRO 2 XR reports as 0x1301 and may not answer it — the page prints the raw bytes rather than assuming.
• The P6S application firmware published on the vendor CDN does not contain the 0x3002/0x3003 command ids, which supports the idea that newer generations moved on.
