Bug reports and feature requests are read first; answers usually within a couple of days.
When you report a problem, include
- What you dropped in: photo or video, roughly what size and length
- Your browser and version (Chrome, Edge, Safari…) and the device
- What happened, and what you expected instead — a screenshot helps
- For playback problems: which player and headset you opened the file in
Common questions
Playback and format problems are usually answered by the conversion guide, the “looks stretched” fix, or the FAQ on the home page.
Privacy questions: the privacy policy explains what stays on your device (everything).
